1. Welcome
Thank you for using Clairvoyanceo. By using the site, you agree to these terms of use (the "agreement").
2. Access
You must be at least 18 years old and fully legally capable to use the site.
3. Service
The site provides an advisory service, in the form of a "reading", between the client (you) and the psychic (Madame Oriane). A reading consists of a spread of 4 tarot cards drawn by the client out of 22, a message written by the client to the psychic, and an answer from the psychic. To prepare her answer, the psychic uses the result of the spread, the client's message, her pendulum and any other method she deems useful. The psychic usually answers within 24 hours on weekdays, and at the latest within seven business days. Beyond that, the client may request the cancellation of the reading and a full refund of the amount paid, through the site's contact page.
4. Entertainment purposes
Readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional (doctor, lawyer, financial advisor or psychologist), and no specific result is guaranteed.
5. Confidentiality
The messages of the client and of the psychic must not be published and must remain strictly confidential.
6. Price
The price of a reading is $9.99. Only card payment is available.
7. Right not to answer
The psychic reserves the right to fully refund a reading and not to answer it, without justification. This is rare, but may happen if she does not sense anything.
8. Right of withdrawal
The service provided by Clairvoyanceo begins as soon as your tarot spread and your message are sent. You acknowledge that you cannot exercise a right of withdrawal.
9. Invoices
Invoices issued by Clairvoyanceo are electronic only.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on Clairvoyanceo is its intellectual property.
11. Temporary or permanent shutdown
The site may stop temporarily or permanently at any time. This gives rise to no refund, no liability and no compensation.
12. Technical issues
Technical issues may occur at any time and give rise to no refund, no liability and no compensation.

14. Information provided
The advice, information and predictions given by the psychic are for information only and are not a 100% reliable source. You acknowledge that the psychic disclaims all liability of any kind. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
15. Personal data
The information you share (email address, first name, date of birth, gender, message) is used solely to carry out your reading and its follow up. It is neither transferred nor sold. You may request its deletion through the contact page.
16. Changes to the agreement
This agreement may be changed at any time by Clairvoyanceo. You automatically accept the new agreement if you continue to use Clairvoyanceo.
17. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by French law.
